Payment Policy
Effective Date: September 18, 2026 Last Updated: September 18, 2026
Ken’s Shoes aims to make checkout clear, secure, and easy to understand. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we currently accept and how payment authorization, order confirmation, taxes, and payment issues are handled.
1. Accepted payment methods
Ken’s Shoes currently accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout, including:
- PayPal
- Credit cards accepted by our payment processor
Available payment methods may vary depending on the order, browser, device, location, payment-provider availability, or other checkout conditions. We will not advertise a payment method as available unless it can be used for the applicable transaction.
2. Payment authorization
When you submit an order, your selected payment provider may authorize the transaction. An authorization is not always the same as a completed charge. Your order is accepted for fulfillment only after payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.
If payment cannot be authorized, the order may be delayed, held, or canceled. We may contact you for clarification or ask you to use another available payment method.
3. When you are charged
For standard online orders, payment is generally charged or captured when the order is placed and successfully confirmed. If the payment provider places a temporary authorization hold, the timing for releasing that hold is controlled by the provider or card issuer.
4. Prices, currency, and taxes
Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. The price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and total amount due will be shown at checkout before you complete the purchase.
Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the order and delivery destination where required. Tax treatment may vary by jurisdiction and the information available at checkout.
5. Shipping charges and free shipping
Standard shipping within the United States is $6.90. Orders over $99.00 qualify for free standard shipping, subject to the conditions shown at checkout.
Shipping charges and any applicable taxes will be displayed before payment is submitted. Please review the checkout total carefully before completing your order.
6. Payment security
Payment, checkout, transaction, and personal information should be transmitted through secure technology. Payment details may be collected and processed by third-party providers such as PayPal and credit-card processors. Ken’s Shoes does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems.
Do not send full payment-card information, security codes, or passwords by email, telephone message, or social media.
7. Payment disputes and unauthorized transactions
If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or you see an unexpected charge, contact your payment provider immediately and notify Ken’s Shoes at support@kenshoes.com. Include your order number when available, but do not send full card numbers or security codes.
We may investigate suspected fraud, duplicate payments, chargebacks, or other payment issues. We may delay fulfillment or cancel an order when necessary to protect customers and the business.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Ken’s Shoes generally processes an approved refund within 7 business days after the applicable return is received and approved.
The time required for PayPal, a credit-card issuer, or another payment provider to post a refund is outside Ken’s Shoes’ control.
9. Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to cancel the order before fulfillment or shipment. If the order has already shipped, it may need to be handled as a return.
